Every plant has an enormous quantity of parts and assemblies for positioning, securing and supporting equipment, as well as unique fittings and manifolds that cannot be bought off the shelf. Big J has built a comprehensive Fabrication facility to support these needs.

Having our own fabrication facility and team means we can produce what you need when you need it. With both metal and sophisticated plastics fabrication abilities, Big J can help turn a potential production crisis into a simple problem solved.
Fabrication to Your Schedule
Having our own fabrication facility enables us to meet the demands of your unique situation because we have more control over production scheduling than would be the case if we had to outsource fabrication. It means less work done at your facility. Our high purity tubing, carbon steel pipe, and stainless, carbon steel and sheet metal fabrication capabilities allow us to provide higher quality control, a cleaner, more productive work environment at your site and faster turnaround. The Pressures of Production
We understand the pressures of keeping your production moving and the cost of downtime. Our skilled welders and fabricators have wide experience. We even have an in-house clean room facility for assembling high purity parts that can be installed your your clean room facility without the need for decontamination. We are experienced in Teflon® lined sheet metal ducting for corrosive fumes. Our high purity tubing shop preassembles complex piping, valve and control assemblies specified in the field by our skilled detailers. These are then shipped and installed on site which speeds production, minimizes environmental impact on the site and maximizes quality control.
Small to Large
From quarter-inch stainless tubing to twenty-four inch carbon steel pipe spools, from eight-foot diameter air ducts to gas cabinets in Lexan®, polycarbonate, polyethylene or any number of other polymers from simple to exotic, Big J Fabrication Division is standing by to help keep your production moving.
