Highly Effective Recruiting Program
If in-house resources will not be sufficient to meet project requirements our Human Resources staff maintains an extensive in-house resource database and nationwide recruiting capability to get qualified personnel ASAP.

In a one month recruiting drive Big J's Human Resources staff:

  • Interviewed over 400 people

  • Hired 110 new employees

All prospective employees are thoroughly screened before hire:

  • Security and background checks

  • Employment history verification

  • Mandatory drug and alcohol testing

  • Verification of skills (verbal and practical tests) and licenses

All new employees (CEO to laborer) attend mandatory safety training as part of Big J's "Behavior Based Safety Program". All Big J employees participate in random drug and alcohol testing.

100% commitment to a safe working environment, in the office or at a job site.
